Merry Christmas! I hope you all are enjoying the excitement of holiday season!
It's hard to explain just how much this wedding meant to me. Since the day I met and photographed Caroline and Forrest in Oxford, Mississippi (see engagement photos here), I knew this whole experience would be different. We became friends within an instant; relating and understanding one another in a way that is quite rare. Without even trying, all of their actions and words were drenched in authenticity. What a breath of fresh air.
The ceremony was in a local catholic church; however, most of the day took place in the backyard of her parent's private historic home in Roswell, Georgia. Even though their day was one of the rainiest of the year, it was nothing short of spectacular. It was a true reflection of their Southern heritage -- timeless and sophisticated.
Thank you Caroline and Forrest for inviting me into your lives and allowing me to document such a special event. I am honored to have witnessed it; let alone, create memories that will pass through generations.
Enjoy friends! Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom for the list of vendors.
