I just had to share this wedding. Their intimate candlelight ceremony was held inside Variety Works in Madison, GA on a dreary winter day. To be honest, while dreariness typically isn't a hoped for wedding accessory -- it truly added to the story and the images. Put it alongside the theme, style and decor and there you have it -- an authentic neverland-ish winter wedding. It was magical.

Oh heyyyy frands. It has been months since I last posted and I am amped to be back on the 'ol bloggety blog. My absence is mainly due to fun personal shoots, west coast travels and well, life with a puppy (more on that little nugget later). Months ago I had the opportunity to photograph Sye Elaine Spence, a talented vocalist and musician in Atlanta. We spent about 30 minutes in broad daylight in the parking lot of the The Stacks at Fulton Cotton Mill. The stillness of her body language juxtaposed with a bright spring color palette turned out to be really interesting and I am thrilled with how this set turned out. Oh hey! Here is Part One of my February Personal Work, accomplished alongside photographer Morgan Blake and hair & makeup artist Jennifer Nieman. Morgan and I dreamed up the idea to organize a shoot that would allow us to "share" six models by shooting simultaneously but independently. After about a month of preparation, we pulled it off! Though it was a wild day full of giddy chatting, quickly switching outfits and frantically hopping locations; we managed to come out with some beautiful imagery!

While looking through these images I couldn't help by think about all of the adventurous travels and extraordinary clients I experienced in 2014. How could I be this fortunate to do what I love 365 days of the year? It humbles me to the core and I can't thank all of you enough for caring for my work. To those of you who entrusted me to capture unique moments -- a heartfelt thank you. My hope for 2015 is to dig even deeper into who I am to pull out something new and fresh. To fearlessly create.
